The YouTube channel ID is not the channel handle (@channel_name) nor visible from the channel URL. To find the YouTube channel ID, follow the steps below.
  1. Go to YouTube home page.
  2. Search for the YouTube channel.
  3. Click on …more.

  4. Scroll down until the Share channel button appears.
  5. Click Share channel.

  6. Click Copy channel ID.
    The channel ID is copied.
