What are groups?
Groups allow you to organize specific creators into categories and manage them collectively. Based on your subscription plan, each group can contain up to 300 to 5,000 creators. For details, see Pricing plan.
How can I create groups?
To create groups, click Groups on the left navigation page and click + Create new group. Assign a group name and click Save.
How to add creators to an existing group?
Select the creators you’d like to add into an existing group. Click Add to…, select the group, and click Save. A confirmation message should appear.
How can I move creators to another group?
Click the group icon on the left navigation bar and select a group. Select a creator or multiple creators and click Move to. The Move to group window appears. Select the group you want to move the selected creators to.
How to import creators into a group?
Click on the Group icon in the left navigation bar, and select a group. Click + Import influencers. You can enter the influencer’s ID manually in the Submission area or upload creators by file. To avoid upload errors, check your uploaded file follows the format in the downloadable example file.
How to delete a group?
Click on the Group icon in the left navigation bar, and select a group. Click Delete, a confirmation message appears, and click Delete. Note that you cannot restore a deleted group. The group will be permanently deleted.Last modified on February 24, 2026
