Trying to find the right creators to collaborate with? Well, you’ve come to the right place. CreatorDB’s extensive database comprises of several millions of creators’ data from all regions and languages around the globe. Data is collected from major social media platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This article will help you get familiar with the most common features and how to interpret some of the basic data. Task overview: Below is an overview of the tasks we will cover in this article:

Create an account

When you sign up with CreatorDB, you will be guided through an online survey to assist with your initial search. Based on your answers, CreatorDB’s AI algorithm will recommend the most relevant creators that meet your organization’s needs. Creating an account is required to obtain the API key for accessing CreatorDB’s advanced API features. For details, see CreatorDB’s API documentation.

Powered by AI, CreatorDB’s smart search filters can help you find creators that meet your organization’s online campaign requirements or assist in competitor analysis with more than 500 criteria. When you log in to CreatorDB, you will be directed to the Discover Search page by default. You can start a basic search by simply selecting a platform and selecting the relevant filter conditions from drop-down menus. Then just click the Search button to get the most relevant creators data at your fingertips.

Or, if you prefer searching by keyword, that works too. Just enter the keywords in the top search bar and press Enter to get a list of matching creators. Searching for creators in CreatorDB’s database is just that simple.

Boost search efficiency with saved filters

If you’d like to save time from selecting the same filter conditions for each search, you can save commonly used filter conditions as filters on CreatorDB. On the Discover Search page, select a platform and select the filter conditions you want to save. Click Save filters…

Then, enter a filter name. You can add a description if you want, then click Save. The selected filter conditions are saved and can be reused for future searches.

View creator profile details

Once you’ve found the creators you like, it’s time to dig into how well their content is performing online. CreatorDB does this by offering in-depth analyses of each creator based on key indicators, such as engagement rate, follower growth rates, average likes, comments, estimated content price rates, and recent sponsors.

An overall CreatorDB score is assigned to each creator to give an overview of the creator’s content performance. The score ranges from 0 to 100. The higher the score, the better the creator is performing.

Further analysis of a creator’s national and global performance are shown in comparison to other creators in CreatorDB’s database. Other additional information available, include the creator’s audience demographics, recent uploaded content, and sponsored content. These insightful data analysis can help you assess which creators to work with or assist in competitor analysis.

Group similar creators together

CreatorDB also offers a method to effectively manage similar creators in groups. You can do this through two simple steps: create a group and add creators to the group. To create a group, click on the Group icon on the left navigation panel. Next, click Create new group and enter a group name. You can also add a description, but that’s optional. Then click Save.

Select the newly created group, and click on Import influencers. You can add creators manually by following the on-screen instructions for each supported social media platform or upload creators in bulk through a file. Make sure your file follows the template format.

Another way to add creators to a group is on the Discover search page, select filter conditions from the drop-down menu, and click Search. Then select the creators you’d like to add to a group and click Add to… Select the group, and the creators will be added to the specified group.

After getting familiar with the basic features, you can take further steps to optimize your creator search results or utilize raw data for further analysis. Can’t find the creator you want? No problem. You can add creators to the CreatorDB database. It normally will take 24 hours for the creator to be added to the database.
