How can I add creators to CreatorDB?
You can add creators by clicking + Add creators and enter each creator’s social media platform ID, or by uploading a .csv file that contains multiple creators. To avoid failed file uploads, follow the template provided in the downloadable example file then click Submit. It will usually take one workday for the creators to be added to the database, but it may take a longer period if large volume of creators are submitted.
Why can’t I find the creator I added to CreatorDB’s database
It usually takes at least one workday for your submitted creators to be added to the database. There is no approval process for creators submitted. However, in the case where large volumes of creators have been submitted to be uploaded to CreatorDB database, it can take more than one workday to process.
How often does CreatorDB update the database?
CreatorDB updates about 600,000 creator profiles daily. On average, the entire database is updated every 12 days.
How does CreatorDB gather brand data?
CreatorDB manually gathers brand data from a selected list of brands with sponsorship data. CreatorDB has also created brand data. We have more than 4,000 brands that is updated on a regular basis that is hand-verified.
