How often is the CreatorDB database updated?

The CreatorDB database is updated daily, but depending on the creator’s account size, it can take up to 30 days for us to update a creator’s data. If you have urgent requests, please contact sales@creatordb.app.

What post metrics can I get from CreatorDB’s API?

CreatorDB offers comprehensive post and account metrics over one year. For details, see the following table.

Do you have API rate limits?

We currently do not have API rate limits. CreatorDB’s database uses load-balancing and auto-scaling to avoid the pitfalls of having API rate limits. You can make as many calls as you want as long as you have sufficient API credits.
Some API call methods use more than 1 API credit per call. For details, see API Credits Usage.

How can I get the API key?

If you are in touch with one of our sales representatives, you can request an API key for testing. Existing customers with a CreatorDB account can obtain the API key from the CreatorDB platform. For more details, see Authentication. Are you new to CreatorDB? If you’re interested in our API solution, please contact our sales team at sales@creatordb.app.

Do you have a sandbox environment for testing CreatorDB APIs?

No, we do not currently provide a sandbox environment for trying out our API. All API calls made to the CreatorDB developer server are also implemented in the production environment and use up relevant API credits per call. Instead, CreatorDB offers a free 14-day Pro Plan trial and 5,000 free credits for testing our API.
