Do you have API rate limits?
We currently do not have API rate limits. CreatorDB’s database uses load-balancing and auto-scaling to avoid the pitfalls of having API rate limits. You can make as many calls as you want as long as you have sufficient API credits. Some API call methods use more than 1 API credit per call. For details, see API Credits Usage.
How can I get the API key?
If you are in touch with one of our sales representatives, you can request an API key for testing. Existing customers with a CreatorDB account can obtain the API key from the CreatorDB platform. For more details, see Authentication. Are you new to CreatorDB? If you’re interested in our API solution, please contact our sales team atsales@creatordb.app.
