# Searching the CreatorDB Database

> How to search the CreatorDB database and find specific data quickly.

The CreatorDB database offers several search methods. You can search for creators with filters on the **Discover** page, or by keywords, brands, or content. CreatorDB recommends starting with a few filters and adding more as you go.

* [Searching for creators](#searching-for-creators)
* [Managing filters](#managing-filters)
* [Searching for creators by keywords](#searching-for-creators-by-keywords)
* [Searching for brands (sponsors)](#searching-for-brands-sponsors)
* [Searching for content](#searching-for-content)

> [!NOTE]

> * The number of creator, brand, and content search results you can view depends on your plan. To check your remaining quota, see [Viewing SaaS quota usage](/creatordb_app/user_guide/subscription_plans.md#viewing-saas-quota-usage). For plan details, see [CreatorDB pricing](https://www.creatordb.app/pricing).

| No. | Label | Description |
| - | - | - |
| 1 | **Platform** | Search **All platform**, or only **YouTube**, **Instagram**, or **TikTok**. The filters change with the platform. |
| 2 | **Advanced** | Shows more filters. |
| 3 | **Filters** | Location, language, keywords, main platform, followers, last active and more. **Last active: Active last 180 days** is on by default; click its **x** to remove it. |
| 4 | **Options** | Checkboxes for the selected platform (see below). |
| 5 | **Save filters** | Saves the current filters so you can apply them again. See [Managing filters](#managing-filters). |
| 6 | **Search** | Runs the search. Results appear below. |

To search:

1. Select a platform.

2. Set filters. Click **Advanced** for more filters.

3. **Optional:** Select any of the options for that platform:

   | Option | All platform | YouTube | Instagram | TikTok |
   | - | - | - | - | - |
   | **Only show creators with emails** | ✅ | | | |
   | **Exclude creators with agency rep** (paid plans) | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
   | **Has sponsored content** | | ✅ | ✅ | |
   | **Only show verified Instagram accounts** / **TikTok accounts** | | | ✅ | ✅ |

4. Click **Search**.

CreatorDB has no sponsorship data for TikTok, so **Has sponsored content** isn't available there.

## Managing filters

You can save a set of search conditions as a filter and apply it again later. Include and exclude filters let you build allow lists and block lists, for example to leave out creators you've already worked with.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Saving filters is available on paid plans.

2. Click **Save filters**. \

   The **Save selected filters** window appears.
