# Managing Brands

> How to search for brands in CreatorDB and read a brand's sponsorship profile.

You can search for brands that sponsor creators, then open a brand's profile to see how its sponsored content performs, which creators it works with, and its recent sponsored videos. This is useful for competitor research and for finding creators who already work with brands like yours.

> * Sponsorship data covers YouTube and Instagram. TikTok sponsorships aren't tracked.

## Searching for brands

Click **Discover** in the left sidebar, then click **Brand** at the top.

| No. | Label | Description |
| - | - | - |
| 1 | **Search** | Search by brand name or keyword. |
| 2 | **Brand** filters | **Location**, **Industry**, **Competitors**, and **Founding year** of the brand. |
| 3 | **Sponsored platform** | Select **YouTube** or **Instagram** to filter by the brand's sponsorships on that platform. |
| 4 | Sponsored platform filters | **Videos**, **Location**, **Upload frequency**, **Topics**, and **Niches** of the sponsored content. |
| 5 | **Search** | Runs the search. The number of matching brands is shown on the left. |
| 6 | **Sort** | Sorts the results. Click a brand's name to open its profile. |

## Viewing a brand's profile

Click a brand in the search results, or click a sponsor's card on a creator's profile.

| - | - | - |
| 1 | **Name and industries** | The brand's name and the industries it operates in. |
| 2 | **Domain, country, and language** | The brand's website, country, and language. |
| 3 | **Sponsorship stats** | **Total Views** and **Total Sponsorships** across its sponsored content, and that content's **Engagement Rate**, **Avg. Views**, **Avg. Likes**, and **Avg. Comments**. |
| 4 | **Mentioned links** and social accounts | Links the brand's sponsored content points to, and the brand's own social media accounts. |
| 5 | **Competitors** | Brands in the same space. |
| 6 | **Brand description (bio)** | A short description of the brand. |

Below the header, the profile has three more sections:

* **Brand Overview:** the historical average views, likes, and engagement rate of the brand's sponsored content, and a chart of one metric (choose it from the drop-down) over the **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, or **Last 90 days**.
* **Recently Sponsored Channels:** the creators the brand sponsored most recently. Use **Sort**, **Edit columns** to choose which columns to show, and **Download** to save the current page of results as a .csv file. The icons on the right switch between the table view and a card view that also shows each creator's latest two videos sponsored by the brand.
* **Sponsored Contents:** the brand's most recent sponsored videos, with each video's publish date, views, likes, and engagement rate.
