> Frequently asked CreatorDB plan questions and answers.

## What features can I use during the free trial?

During your 14-day free trial, you will have limited usage of all features except for groups and APIs. Once your free trial expires, you will automatically be subscribed to the paid Pro plan. For details, see [Pricing Plan](https://app.creatordb.app/pricing-plan).

## How can I view my current plan details?

To view your current plan information, go to **Settings** and click on the **Current Plan** tab. You can view your current plan’s billing details, the next quota refresh date, expiration date, and also copy your API key. The API key feature is only available to CreatorDB Enterprise plan subscribers.

## How can I change my subscription plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your CreatorDB’s subscription plan anytime by going to **Settings** and click on the **Current Plan** tab. Then click on the **See all plans** to view the plan you want to switch to. To change your subscription plan, click on the **Get Started** button.

## How can I change my billing cycle?

You can change your billing cycle by clicking on your billing plan in the top right corner. On the **Select your plan** page, click on the **Monthly** or **Yearly** toggle to change your billing cycle then click on **Get Started**.

## How can I view my remaining SaaS quota?

Click on your profile image and click View data usage. The Remaining SaaS Quota table will appear. Check your data consumption regularly to make sure you don’t exceed your plan’s quota. CreatorDB plans have different quotas for search results, creator profiles, contact emails, and brand reports. For details, see Pricing plan.

## How can I unsubscribe from CreatorDB?

We’re sorry to see you go. But if you’d like to unsubscribe from CreatorDB services, click on your current plan on the top right of the page.
