# Account Settings

> Common CreatorDB web platform account setting issues and how to solve them.

## How can I change my username?

To change your CreatorDB username, go to **Settings**. Click on the name field and enter a new username.

## How can I reset my password?

If you forgot your CreatorDB password, reset it by going to Settings and click Send a reset email. The system will send a reset password email to your registered email address. Open the email and follow the instructions in the reset password email.

## How can I change my language settings?

You can change your CreatorDB language settings through **Settings**. Go to **Preferences** and select your preferred language. CreatorDB currently only supports English and traditional Chinese. More language options will become available in the near future.

## How can I change my profile image?

To change your profile image, go to **Settings** and click **Edit** button under your profile image. Select the image from your computer that you want to upload.
