# Viewing a Creator's Basic Profile

> How to view a creator's basic social media profile via the CreatorDB Chrome Extension.

> The steps on this page assume Creator Analytics is open on a creator's page and you're logged in. For details, see [Opening and logging in](/creatordb_app/extension/logging_in.md).

>
> Creator Analytics by CreatorDB only shows a creator's available social media platform data. For example, if a creator does not have a TikTok account, that tab option and related statistics will be unavailable.

1. [Open Creator Analytics](/creatordb_app/extension/logging_in.md) on a creator's YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok page.
   The following creator information is shown:

   >
   > The **Contact information**, **Channel ID**, and **Recent sponsor** row is unavailable in the Free plan. To upgrade from the Free plan, please visit CreatorDB’s [Pricing](https://app.creatordb.app/pricing-plan) page.

   The header also shows the following:

   * **Rep by agency**: Appears when the creator is represented by an agency. After you reach your plan's creator profile limit, this badge is blurred.
   * Social media platform icons: If the creator was active on that platform in the last 30 days, hovering over the icon shows **Active in the last 30 days**.
   * **+** (**Add to...**): Adds the creator to a group. For details, see [Adding a creator to a group](/creatordb_app/extension/adding_to_groups.md).
   * Your current plan badge.
   * In the Free plan, the number of free profile views you have left today, for example **3/5 free profile views remaining today**. The count resets daily.
